FIRST OF ALL, IVE ORDERED FROM HERE BEFORE AND WAS VERY SATISFIED. THIS TIME, NOT SO MUCH. THE YOUNG LADY I SPOKE WITH ASSURED ME THAT THIS WAS THE RIGHT PART FOR MY APPLICATION. IT DID FIT RIGHT BUT THE THREADS WERE DIFFERENT. I HAD TO FIND A NUT TO FIT. WHY IT DIDNT COME WITH THE NUT, ILL NEVER KNOW. NEXT WAS THE SHIPPING. I KNOW I PAID FOR SLOW SHIPPING, BUT THIS THING CRISS CROSSED 10 STATES BEFORE I GOT IT...SOME OF THEM TWICE! IM GLAD I WASNT CHARGED BY THE MILE!

Overall function is great. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. My suspension is totally quiet going over bumps. I believe, although can't say for sure, it has softened the ride for the trailer contents. Not scientific, but it seems like the interior is less shaken up after a long highway drive.

My only complaint would be getting the bolts to seat into the hangers on the frame. I stripped out one bolt trying to get it to seat fully and had to buy another.

The bolt is fine. The listing is not. These bolts should come as a package deal with nuts. My understanding is that the nuts should be lock nuts, the kind with altered threads. Therefore the nuts are not reusable. When you are in a time time frame and get the bolts, realizes you need nuts two day before you leave for a trip, it can be a bit stressful. Just change the product, include the lock nuts and upcharge just a bit more.

Or, make it extremely clear that you must purchase a separate nut. It just would be smart to include the nut and up the charge on these bolts by $[XX]. Oh, and, these are 1/2"-20 threaded bolts, whereas the wet bolts that were on the lippert frame with MORryde suspension from the factory were 7/16" threaded. So, there's a good chance that the thread on these may not match the ones are your rig. Verify. Overal dimensions are the same though.

Hey Skip, in order to get the right size upgraded wet bolts you're going to need to let us know what size wet bolts you currently have are. Hi Tony; it sounds like you have some dirt/debris lodged in there which is preventing the grease from going through. Since you already replaced the fitting I don't think cleaning it further will work so I would replace the whole bolt with the Replacement Wet Shoulder Bolt # MR92HR (9/16" x 2-15/16") or # MR52HR (9/16" x 3-3/8").

This kit comes with everything needed to replace the bolts, shackles and bushings on a tandem axle trailer. Please confirm that your current shackles are also the 2-1/4" long from center hole to center hole. This kit is also available with 3-1/8" shackles if needed, part # MR76ZR.

Randy, I have a couple routes you can go since the grease zerk on the Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit # K71-448-00 is not going to fit inside your hanger. We do have the Triangular Equalizer # TREQ310 but this comes with nylon inserts so you would need to swap them for Bronze # D014-077-00 if you wanted to have Wet Bolts # MR46ZR. Otherwise you could use the Kit # K71-448-00 and swap out the standard pivot bolts which come with the kit for the Wet Bolt # MR92HR and Nut # MR85DR. The...

No, that is not completely true. The wet bolts can be re-used as long as they are not rusted, cracked or damaged in any other way, to include the splines or threads being damaged. The main thing that you'd want to replace is the lock-nut which can be sourced locally. The Replacement Wet Shoulder Bolt # MR52HR (for attaching the springs to your equalizers) is the correct bolt for the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR46ZR you have. I believe the 2022 Grand Design Solitude 5th Wheel's came with a MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit that has wet bolts, heavy duty shackle straps, and bronze bushings. There are two different size shackle bolts that come with the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Triple Axle Trailers, part # MR92HR which is 2-15/16" long or part # MR52HR which is 3-3/8" long. The longer bolts are used on models with the Correct Track system. The correct size locknut you need is 7/16"-20 which you can obtain locally. Solution for Grease Fitting of MORryde CE3000 that Won't Let Grease Pass Through
Clogged grease fittings are a relatively common problem. Sometimes a heat gun can help. Use the lowest setting to get it warmed up and that can free it up. There are also solvents that you can inject into the fitting using your grease gun which will free it up as well. We do not carry them.

Hey Chad! The Dexter 072-078-01 is only a 2,200 lbs capacity leaf spring. The item # e44SR you referenced is the same size but has a 5,000 lbs capacity. You can use a higher capacity leaf spring, however it won't increase the capacity of your trailer as the axle is still rated for that maximum capacity of 4,400 lbs. I would go with the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles item # DX23CR. It'll be softer but expect it to be stiffer than the 2,200 lbs springs you're currently...
